Mahogany is an absolute favorite around the drum shop.  Mahogany wood elevates mids to be open and full sounding but not too overpowering. She has vibrant yet muted highs, smooth yet resonant midrange, and a very rich and warm low end.  The top and bottom reinforcement hoops add even more control and focus to the sound of this mahogany drum. Standard appointments are a p-88 throw off, p-35 butt plate, tube lugs, and chrome hardware.
